Grace & Cyrus’ story together has flowed exactly like a fairytale would.

As they opened their next chapter of this story, they wanted their day to feel like the absolute fairytale their life together has been to this point. They chose a * perfect * (aka not anywhere near as hot) summer day in Paso Robles at the absolutely stunning Terra Mia to be the setting for their wedding, and, with the help of Jade Preciado from Just As Promised Events, and their family and friends, they brought their whimsical fairytale vision to life.

These two met and fell in love (literally guys) in PRESCHOOL!!! Keep scrolling to see Grace’s confession of that love at age 4. Grace and Cyrus quite literally grew up together, attending the same church and schools up until they were 16, when they finally began dating for real. These two are some of the most mature people we’ve ever met (ask me what literally made me cry when we first talked about their wedding with them months ago, haha), and they’ve been so intentional throughout their relationship to continue growing and working toward marriage together. This effort was not in vain, as we joined their family and friends at Terra Mia on Fourth of July weekend, their hard work was so evident throughout this emotional day.

Grace & Cyrus’ warm Paso Robles wedding day began at some incredible AirBnbs nestled into wine country. At both houses, the excitement was so real, champagne was popped and toasted, and these two and their people prepared for a highly anticipated day among those in their circle. After praying with her girls, Grace and her dad shared an equally excited and sweet first look, before she saw her bridesmaids for the first time. Cyrus’ morning consisted of much grape feeding (lol), and personal speeches he gave to each of his groomsmen as he presented them with their ties for the day.

The afternoon evolved into a very sunny and emotional ceremony overlooking Terra Mia’s lush pond. There were so many tears; Grace & Cyrus’ marriage was one that was so deeply invested in by so many people, as evidenced by the absolute lack of dry eyes. Grace & Cyrus’ wedding ceremony was officiated by Cyrus’ father, a pastor, and included personal vows, as well as a scripture reading by Grace’s sister and maid of honor. When these two were officially pronounced husband and wife, they jumped up and down for joy, as guests waved whimsical wands with bells and ribbons and cheered on the newlyweds.

The excitement didn’t stop after their ceremony, Grace & Cyrus’ wedding reception was absolutely electric. In true fairytale fashion, Grace & Cyrus grand entranced into their ceremony from the balcony above Terra Mia’s little barn in the reception space, and the two waved regally to their guests below. Both Grace & Cyrus’ fathers, their best man and maid of honor, and Grace’s brother, gave some incredibly touching toasts that prompted many laughs, and a few more tears too. Special dances and a money dance caused the lively crowd to erupt into a dance party that seemed to never want to end. Grace & Cyrus were both thrown into the air by their friends multiple times, and the excitement was beyond contagious. Their people sent them off with glow sticks, and these two sweethearts ran off into Happily Ever After!

We are so grateful for these two, their heart for intentional marriage, and their love for their people. This day was truly a fairytale, and we could not be more honored to present to you Grace & Cyrus’ wedding highlights…
